Sorry for this monthly health update being a bit overdue.. I have been working in a new position at work and am still in the transitioning phase. My life has just been a little hectic with all that on my mind in addition to a surprise hospitalization. I’ll get more into that in the break down of how my health has been. Something that I have been working very hard on is learning to listen to my body and recognize its needs. It is no surprise at my disappointment when I learned that I failed myself.
